• We do not charge for site visits. 
• We advise on any and all consent requirements and it is our preference to handle everything from consent to completion. We take the potential stress out of dealing with the council regulations. 
• We will provide you with some assembly instructions for kitsets and prefabs. The build time depends on, your experienced, and what assistance you have. Some building experience and the correct tools are advisable, or we are happy to do it for you. 
• Coastal zone? No problem, we will advise on the best products for your location. 
• DIY products are certified to NZ standards.
