We advise on any and all consent requirements and it is our preference to handle everything from consent to completion. We take the potential stress out of dealing with the council regulations.
We will provide you with some assembly instructions for kitsets and prefabs. The build time depends on, your experienced, and what assistance you have. Some building experience and the correct tools are advisable, or we are happy to do it for you.
Coastal zone? No problem, we will advise on the best products for your location.
DIY products are certified to NZ standards.

We will assist you and liaise with you throughout the build process. Our Project Managers keep you updated on progress, involve you in decision making, and be your first port of call anytime you have questions.
We will take care of every element of your build, from initial planning and working with your council on consents through to the finishing touches and passing the final inspection. Once your project is complete, we’ll go through with you and ensure you’re happy with every aspect of your new building.
Prefer to DIY? No problem, our team can assist you as much or as little as you want. We are here to support our customers throughout their DIY journey, and with our DIY Process, you will know what to expect every step of the way.
Our experienced team can look after all of the onsite building elements your DIY experience does not cover, from site work and excavation, laying the floor of your new building, Smart Grid installation, as well as plumbing and electrical fit-outs.
